As a full-service office, KroesePaternotte has a very good overview from various (rental) and valuation disciplines during the purchase or sale process. Thanks to the variety of knowledge in our departments, we have a great deal of current market and transaction knowledge. This is important for value substantiation and (rental) possibilities, as well as a substantiation of the 303 and market rental values and the determination of the yields. In the run-up to a purchase or purchase transaction, we distinguish ourselves by an extensive purchase and sale due diligence, as well as advice for any required optimization.

KroesePaternotte is very active in all areas of the retail investment market; ranging from solitary retail properties in the larger cities to (large-scale) shopping centers, as well as solitary supermarkets and PDV / GDV concentrations throughout the Netherlands.
