De Winkelwijzer: from a heavy book…

The Winkelwijzer app is a book containing 100 detailed maps of all A1 retail towns and cities in the Netherlands. We compiled it for national and international retailers and investors. Based on a variety of sources, including land registry maps, the Winkelwijzer contains a wide range of information such as the user of retail premises. But the Winkelwijzer also provides an analysis of rents per m² and the number of inhabitants. Or, categorizing by sector, a competition analysis for each retail district.

Last year we launched the Winkelwijzer app, with maps of all A1 shopping districts in the Netherlands and up-to-date information on all our properties. Use the app on your tablet or smartphone to see who the lessees are and receive current and detailed information on all the properties we let.
