Retailers s. Oliver and Comma have both leased retail space at Marikenstraat in Nijmegen. The shop for s. Oliver is approx. 320 m² in floor area, while Comma has taken over approx. 144 m² for its retail operations. The rents have not been made known but are on market terms. Both of these women’s fashion retailers will be opening this spring.

Last year Open32 expanded its shop on Marikenstraat, taking over the space previously occupied by River Woods which has relocated.

Marikenstraat, with retailers such as Douglas, Bever Zwerfsport, Jack & Jones, Etos and Boekhandel Dekker van de Vegt, is now virtually fully let.
